Wanted to reach out to praise Matt Nowakowski. Every time we have a critical need, Matt is there to help. He goes above and beyond all the time. Most recently, he assisted in expediting launch orders for (our retail client), as well as follow-up replenishment orders. Without Matt’s experience, knowledge of the workings of the industry, and positive attitude, we would not have been successful in launching (our new product). It is with great relief and happiness that I am writing this letter where Logistics Plus team members helped our company complete the shipment clearance and delivery to various Distribution Line sites in Uganda since January 2018. The contribution and dedication of their team has been worthy of special praise. The importation into Africa can be complicated. This is especially when oversea vendor paperwork is late with errors, shipment arrived without PVOC, or duty exemption being delayed from authority, along with many other types of unexpected challenges. However, the Logistics Plus team constantly stands by our side and worked out solutions to ensure minimum impact to our project date line. Because of you, a number of our clients and their caretakers had a once of a lifetime opportunity to meet with Jim Kelly and enjoy feeling like a VIP for an evening at the Best of Varsity Cup Awards Banquet. On behalf of those individuals and their staff members, thank you for making it possible. They were made to feel special and were treated with the utmost respect and considerations. Each of them enjoyed the evening and the opportunity to take part in the celebratory nature of the event.

It is our goal that our organization becomes part of the fabric of this community so that our individuals can be fully included in their neighborhoods, churches, places of employments and recreational activities. Just wanted you to know that I have been working with Jessica on a very urgent shipping ticket and she has been STELLAR support!! I was so impressed with her hard work in finding the fastest way possible to get my shipment out to China. Even pinging with me late on Friday night as she trouble shot with multiple shippers. Then when the shipment got stuck on Monday she was the first to notify me without me having to look it up by myself. I went to give her a peer bonus and realized she is a vendor so thought I would just email you. Thanks for all the work your team does!!

We have completed the Kabul Project successfully. Our Customers are very satisfied with the
outcome and our services. Most importantly, the delivery and logistic co-ordination have been
seamlessly carried out. This won’t have been possible without the diligent support of you and

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the significant impact Francisco Reyes has had on (our) team in supporting our growing International volume and relentless schedules we’ve had recently – specifically GE’s Thanksgiving/November push that was critical to our year-end closure targets.

While Francisco is always one to go beyond his work-scope, helping anyone in need of his expertise and eager to assist whether his responsibility or not, this November push was a highly significant achievement.

It was imperative for us to sail the remainder of our International customer material by November end, however due to internal shop delays, we only had a limited window of 2-3 weeks to receive/crate/load/truck 60+ containers worth of volume though our local warehouse…a volume throughput in 3 weeks equivalent to what we typically handle in 3 months.  Francisco led this immense outbound effort with our warehouse and carriers and together we achieved this goal.  I firmly believe it would not have been possible without Francisco’s relentless drive, creative problem solving, endless hours and dedication to the team.

I felt the need to pass along this recognition for Francisco and kindly recommend you consider him for recognition within LP.
